Cancelling a meeting is easy, just follow a few simple rules:

⏰ You cannot cancel a meeting that is already in progress or has ended.

🕐 In case of an error, you have up to one hour after the booking to cancel it free of charge.

📅 A meeting can be cancelled up to 24 hours before it starts. Depending on the date, the cancellation may be fully, partially, or not at all charged.

✅ Immediate cancellation (within one hour of booking): €0, regardless of the meeting date

✅ Cancellation 7 days or more in advance: €0

⚖️ Cancellation between 7 days and 24 hours before the meeting: 50%

❌ Less than 24 hours before: the meeting will be charged at 100%
