Archiving a member means disabling their access to Workways spaces and offices.
1. When to archive?
- When a member leaves the company.
- When they no longer need access (Workways app, access card, rooms, etc.).
2. Effects of archiving:
- The member no longer appears in the active list.
- They can no longer access buildings, offices or services.
3. How to do it:
Log in at app.workways.com.
Click on the W menu and select Members.

Find the member you want to archive and click on Edit Member in the actions menu.


Click on the archive box icon.

A message will appear asking you to confirm. Click OK.
