Report a heating or AC issue

To quickly address heating or air conditioning issues, we need to perform a few basic checks. This often helps resolve the situation faster and, if necessary, allows us to submit a complete request to the relevant team.

Information to provide:

  • Location: Building, floor, office/zone number
  • On-site contact: Name + phone number
  • Nature of the problem: Too cold / too hot / no air / unstable
  • Since when: Time, date, recurring or not
  • Scope: One office or several?
  • Thermostat: Mode (heat/cool/auto/off) + set temperature
  • Error message: Error code, screen off, low batteries
  • Urgency: Indicate how this problem affects you (e.g., prevents work, minor inconvenience, does not impact your activity) so we understand its importance to you.
  • Photos/videos: Thermostat + relevant air vent
  • Other comments: Any useful information
