Yes. Parking is provided for residents in accordance with the Workways parking policy, subject to the conditions below.

Who can use the parking?

Workways parking spaces are reserved exclusively for vehicles whose owner is present on the premises. This ensures fair use and availability of spaces for everyone.

Can I leave my vehicle in the parking lot when I am not on-site?

No. Parking is only allowed while the vehicle owner is present on the premises.

Leaving a vehicle in the parking lot outside of this period is not permitted.

Workways reserves the right to take necessary measures to enforce this rule.

Can I park overnight?

Overnight parking is not allowed.

If a vehicle is left in the parking lot overnight, fees will apply.

How do I use the electric vehicle charging stations?

Spaces equipped with charging stations are not standard parking spots. They are available only for the duration of charging.

Once charging is complete, please move your vehicle to a regular parking space. Otherwise, additional fees will apply.
