The Colette Room is a meeting and event space located in our 8/6 Excelsiorlaan building in Zaventem (Belgium).

Please see below for the rules for using this room:

1. Food and drinks

You can bring your own drinks and food, including catering.

Alcoholic beverages are allowed.

2. Fridge usage

You can use the fridge located behind the Colette bar.

3. Cleaning and management fee

A €200 cleaning and management fee applies only if you bring food or drinks. If you do not bring food or drinks, no fee will be applied. When making such a booking, please inform our commercial team so they can apply the fee if necessary.
