What should I do if I forget my access card?

For security reasons, all clients must carry their access card at all times. The access card is required to enter the main building and to access your office, including outside of regular hours

Access to the main building #

If you forget your access card:

1. During office hours:

  • Use the intercom to contact Workways / Reception staff.
  • If Workways / Reception staff is available, they can open the door for you.

2. Outside office hours:

  • If no Reception / Workways staff is available, you will need to either:
    • Return home to retrieve your access card, or
    • Ask a colleague who has their access card to assist with entry.

This procedure ensures the security of the building and all members.


Access to your office #

You can find the PIN for your office in the Workways app (app.workways.com).

Go to the action menu and click on Edit Company or View Company (if the member does not have the role of company administrator).

Then scroll down to Workways administrator settings, where the PIN code for offices rented by the company is displayed.

Note: The PIN code above is just an example.

When entering the PIN on the digital door lock, please press the hash key (#) afterward.
