Start: scan the QR code at the room entrance, then click Use it now and let the Workways app guide you.

Stop: click on Stop and leave the room in the app, or re-scan the QR code and choose Stop and leave the room.

Billing: in real time (per minute or in increments, depending on the site). Rates are shown in the app.

⚠️ If you don’t stop your meeting, billing continues, and you will be charged until the next room occupancy or until the end of the day.
