Meeting room rules

To ensure everyone can enjoy a pleasant and functional working environment, we thank you for respecting the following guidelines:

    1. Keep the room clean and tidy:

    • No objects should be left on the table (cups, mugs, papers, or personal belongings).
    • Chairs must be put back in place.

    2. Dishes management:

    • If you have used glasses or mugs from the kitchen, please place them in the area designated for dirty dishes, located near the kitchen.

    3. Forgotten items:

    • If you find an item left by a previous user, please throw it away if it is trash, or inform the Workways team if it seems important.

    4. Respect for the next users:

    • Make sure the room is ready to welcome the next meeting.
    • A fixed cleaning fee may be applied if the room requires special cleaning.
