Receiving parcels (Belgium)

To ensure the proper delivery of your parcels, you must include the following elements in your delivery address:

  • The name of your company (without mentioning Workways).
  • Your Delivery PIN in the delivery address.

What is your Delivery PIN?

Your Delivery PIN is a code specific to your company that allows delivery personnel to access the building and notifies you when a parcel is received.

Where can you find your Delivery PIN?

Your company’s Delivery PIN is available in the Workways app, accessible at app.workways.com, in your profile menu.


Examples of delivery addresses:

✅ Recommended format (if two address lines are available)

✅ Alternative format (if only one address line is available)
Darnwell
8 Excelsiorlaan (PIN : 12345)
1930 Zaventem

✅ If it is not possible on your supplier’s website to add the Delivery PIN in the delivery address, please include it immediately after your company name.

Note: As soon as a courier uses the Delivery PIN assigned to your company to enter the building, you will receive an email notifying you of the arrival of a parcel.


Large parcels

If you receive a large parcel, you have 48 hours to collect it. Otherwise, it will be transferred to your office at your cost.
