Report damaged or broken furniture

To resolve furniture issues quickly, we need a few key details. Providing complete information helps us assess the situation faster and organise repair or replacement without delay.

Types of issues to report:

  • Broken or unstable chair
  • Damaged desk
  • Loose or missing parts
  • Any other damaged furniture item

Information to provide:

  • Photo: A clear photo of the damaged item (this helps us assess the issue quickly).
  • Location: Building, floor, office/zone number
  • On-site contact: Name + phone number
  • Description of the issue: What is damaged and how (e.g. broken leg, cracked surface, etc.).

Urgency:

  • Let us know if it is a safety concern or preventing use.
