If your PIN code keypad or connected lock is not responding, or if the screen is off, it is very likely that the batteries are low.
- For offices: Try entering your office PIN code or using your access card one last time to see if a weak signal appears.
- For meeting rooms: Use your meeting PIN, as access cards do not open these rooms.
If the problem persists and you still cannot access your office or meeting room, contact Workways Support.
