This guide explains the meaning of the different colours used for meeting room slots in the Workways app. Each colour indicates the booking status of a slot and who has reserved it.

Olive green – selected – slot the user is currently selecting.

Light green – available – free and bookable slot.

Orange – reserved (same company) – slot fully booked by your company.

Brown – reserved (other company) – slot fully booked by another company.

Light orange – partial (same company) 50% – slot partially booked by your company.

Light brown – partial (other company) 50% – slot partially booked by another company.

Light grey – non-bookable – usually for times outside office hours or blocked slots. While past slots often fall in this category, it is not exclusive to them.
