If you have a meeting package agreed with our commercial team (credited in €), it will be automatically applied to your meetings, either in full or in part, according to the order of the meeting dates.

Any unused hours will not be carried over to the next month and these hours cannot be assigned to any specific meetings.

Example 1 – meeting room reservation package :

Package value: €40 per month (half-day in boardroom), €30 for 4 months (5 hours in a meeting room)

Meeting price: €280 per day (full day in boardroom – 10 hours)

Scenario:

• In full: If a meeting costs the same as your package coverage, the package fully covers it.
• In part: If a meeting costs more than your package coverage, the package will cover part of the cost, and the remaining balance will be billed separately.

Example 2 – package consumption :

Package value: €100

3 meetings at €40 each

Scenario:

• Meeting 1: €40 → fully covered (remaining package: €60)
• Meeting 2: €40 → fully covered (remaining package: €20)
• Meeting 3: €40 → €20 covered by package, €20 billed separately (remaining package: €0)
