Booking issue: meeting room occupied or incorrect status

If a reserved meeting room appears to be already occupied or its status seems incorrect:

  • First, check the room’s availability in the Workways app by clicking on your bookings to confirm the discrepancy. If the reservation was successfully made and the room is occupied, contact Workways Support immediately.
  • Provide precise information: the room name, date and time of the booking, and the nature of the issue (for example, room occupied or ongoing maintenance).
  • The Workways team will verify the room status and offer an alternative solution or prompt assistance.
