Use of common areas and compliance with building rules

To ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable working environment for everyone, we kindly ask all occupants to respect a few simple but important rules regarding the use of common areas within the building.

Use of common areas

Common areas such as corridors, hallways, stairwells and evacuation routes must remain completely clear at all times. It is not permitted to store or leave any items, including furniture, boxes or personal belongings, in these spaces, even temporarily.

Why this rule is important

This rule is in place to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. Keeping these areas clear is essential to maintain safe fire evacuation routes, allow emergency services to access the building without obstruction, comply with safety regulations, and ensure smooth circulation and accessibility for all occupants.

What happens in case of non-compliance

If items are found in common areas, the client will be contacted and asked to remove them immediately. We kindly ask that this is treated as a priority and resolved as quickly as possible. If the issue is not addressed promptly, or in case of repeated non-compliance, additional fees may be applied.
