Furniture and office layout in Workways offices

Can I bring my own furniture into the office I rent?

No. Workways offices are rented fully furnished, and the layout is an integral part of the service. You may not install your own furniture (chairs, armchairs, tables, desks, cabinets, sofas, etc.) without prior written approval from Workways.

Why this rule?

A consistent layout ensures service quality, compliance with standards (safety, ergonomics, insurance) and visual coherence across spaces. It also protects both your employees and other occupants on the site.

What if I need furniture I don’t currently have?

The process is simple and happens in two steps.

First, check the Workways shop. You will find a wide catalogue of rental items: desks of various sizes, sit-stand electric desks, armchairs, chairs, cabinets, TVs, fridges, sofas, and many other pieces of equipment. In most cases, you will find exactly what you need there at a negotiated rate.

If the item you are looking for is not available in the shop, contact Workways support. We will review your request and get back to you with a suitable solution.

You can find information about the Workways shop by clicking here.

Are there any exceptions?

There is only one exception: personal desk pedestals (drawer units). You may bring your own pedestal without any special procedure. Any other personal furniture requires written approval from Workways.

What if I have already installed personal furniture?

Please contact support to regularize the situation. Depending on the case, we will either propose removal of the item, replacement via the shop, or—if justified—provide written approval allowing it to remain.
